To ensure the well-being of people with functional diversity, with special emphasis on autism, offering support and advice and facilitating services and activities throughout all stages of life.

The statutory purposes of FUNDITEA are:

Support

Support, advise, guide and accompany people with disabilities and/or TEA in decision-making in relation to their well-being and the administration of their assets.

Manage resources

Promote and manage residential resources, leisure and free time, and psycho-social and work rehabilitation that contribute to the well-being or improvement of the quality of life of people with disabilities, especially those with ASD.

Employment

Generate employment, through any legal form, protected or not, for the labor integration of people with disabilities, especially those with ASD.

Mainstreaming

Social dissemination of a positive and normalized image of the concept of disability as "functional diversity" as defined in ICF: International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. WHO. IMSERSO. 2001.

Training

Promote training in the following areas:

Investigation

Promotion and implementation of initiatives related to research on disability and especially on ASD, which can help improve the quality of life of this group

Professionalization

Promote the training of qualified professionals related to this sector or other areas, particularly those who have a greater influence on the quality of life of these people (school, health, business...), as well as other people who require more training about these aspects.

Training

Social, labor, and academic training of people with disabilities, with special attention to people with ASD

Orientation​

Labor and social orientation necessary to achieve the highest level of labor and social integration of people with disabilities, especially those with ASD.

Family Training

Dynamic and integral formation of Families

Orientation to families

Guidance and advice to families of people with disabilities, with special interest in those with ASD, so that they have access to the resources that best suit their needs

Diffusion
